    • Hi George & Mary,

I can't believe I found you guys. Remember when Art & I came to your 25 Wedding Party at your house a while ago. I sent you a friend request on Facebook so am excited to get back in touch with you guys.

    • Good to find more wheelers in the area. I've been wheeling since the wheel was invented - or so they say. Got 6 4x4's - main ones are a '03 Rubi - well modified, and a '92 Tracker - 35's etc. Been through Motino several times, Rubicon trail, Hammers etc. Would like to meet you guys sometime! I have a few Tracker parts that need good homes.

760 364-2666 - retired, so most anytime is fine.

Have you guys ever run with HiDesert 4x4? The meet the 1st Thurs every month at Carrows, Yucca Valley, 7PM - not an official club either just a big bunch of nice people with a common interest.

    • does anybody read or use this site?

    • looking for some other old duffers to cruise around with, were retired and new to offroadingwhere to go and when?

    • Hi Everyone...just discovered this site...Hi George.!! John and I are owners of Papa's Smokehouse BBQ, and we travel every weekend to many different kinds of events...We have been attending the races sponsored by motorcycle clubs of District 37 ama, and would to add your excursions to our calendar if anyone is interested. We are going to be opening Papa's Smokehouse BBQ in Morongo Valley in the near future! Like to have some feedback! Thanks....John and Sharen Scott

    • Olla, my wife and I met you you both at one of Georges 'garage sales'. We talked for a while and then came back later to get some more stuff and we drank a "Fat Tire" together as we were talking about them earlier in the day, and they sounded so good you went down and got some. We have the 83 CJ-7, that since then have completed more fun extras to her. Custom front and rear bumpers to fit the new wench and a stronger spare carrier with a swing away, just to name a couple. Good to see you guys are still wheeling and have the site up. Keep us posted on any upcoming day trips you might be doing, as we are always up for a putt. By the way George, my wife wants to know when another 'sale' is going to be? Enjoy, and see you on the trail (or sale).

    • Found your web site. Nice. We will register so that we can share info and post pics. looking forward to getting together with you guys to do some off roading.

    • Hey'all! Cool to see another local 4x site. I wheel a Toyota based Formula Toyota. It mainly sees the Hammers. That's what I built it for, so there's nothing there that I can't do. I also have another rig that is still streetable. It too is a Toyota. It's on 37's w/ a flatbed. I usually wheel it up towards the Big Bear area...John Bull, Sidewinder, Rock Garden, Pontiac Loop, just to name a few. I frequent www.Pirate4x4.com w/ the handle of Hammer Hog. I also belong to www.ExtremeWheelers4Christ.org We too have a local forum, just go to the Bulletin Board. Johnson Valley has lots to offer, we just need to make sure we actively keep on the military to keep it open.

      See ya on the trail!

    • Great to see a Local site fo off-road fun and info. Thanks!

    • Welcome to Desert Ratz Morongo Basin. This site is for everyone to visit and post events, info, and pics. Lets make good use of it and we can all meet at local events.
